Thank you for shopping with MaciMuseCo. Because our inventory consists of curated, pre-loved garments and limited-edition collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Sizing & Fit Detailed measurements are provided for every apparel item. Please review these measurements carefully and compare them to a garment you already own before purchasing to ensure a proper fit. We cannot grant exceptions for sizing issues.

Condition of Items The majority of our pieces are pre-loved, vintage, or unique festival wear. We thoroughly inspect every item and explicitly disclose any notable wear, flaws, or characteristics in the product descriptions and photography. By purchasing, you acknowledge the unique nature of these items.

Damages and Order Issues Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. In the rare event that you receive the incorrect item, or if an item has a significant, completely undisclosed structural defect (e.g., a major broken zipper or torn seam not mentioned in the listing), please contact us within 3 days of delivery at your business email with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it.
