Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting MaciMuseCo! We strive to get your curated pieces and unique finds to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with full tracking information as soon as your package has been dropped off at the carrier.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship nationwide from Los Angeles, CA.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to re-ship the item.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and marked as scanned, custody of the package transfers to the carrier. MaciMuseCo is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier branch directly to open a claim.
